Tuesday: We had a good day today! A lot of our time was spent building with Quibix, eating snacks, reading lots of books, doing some artwork and just ... playing!
Matey made himself rather obnoxious while Aidan tried to eat his snacks today ... look at how squeemish Aidan is!
Aidan always enjoys playing with the trains ... I set this layout up last night and kept is smaller in size than usual. The kids added to it all throughout the day ...
Erin LOVES building with my magnet sets ...
She also loves getting "tucked in" on the round comfy chair in my bedroom ...
Erin is at the cutest age ... when she talks, she uses her entire body -- she is very expressive and her voice is completely adorable.
Here is a series of shots with Matey attempting to eat Aidan's cereal and milk -- Aidan actually got more comfortable with Matey today, and I was glad to see it. Very small things can crack Aidan completely up--and almost anything Matey does sets Aidan off into peels of laughter. Aidan is a very intense builder--do NOT mess with him when he is making something!
He also makes use of his tongue as he concentrates ... isn't he something?
Aidan completely wore himself out today at my house and fell sound asleep on the drive home.So did Erin ... little cuties!
We spent some time drawing and coloring at the table this afternoon. These pictures are not in order ...
We drew lots of animals and just had fun around the table. What a nice time today was!
