Look Who's Here!

After a long drive yesterday, Adam and Emily arrived in town at about 1:30 in the morning. They are staying with Emily's parents who live just a few miles from us. And look who they brought with them!
Jeremiah Cornelius! He is officially three months old ... no longer a newborn! He has grown rosy and healthy and strong. He likes it very much if you put him in a standing position and bounce him a little bit. He has very sturdy little legs!
Jeremiah is very very social. I missed his great smile every time when I was trying to take his picture ... he smiles a lot ... HUGELY in fact ... mostly when he is being talked to. He has a very engaging little personality! :) He took a brief nap while at our house (upstairs in the portacrib), listening to Mozart on a little portable radio/recorder that the kids brought with them.
I won't even mention how absolutely BEAUTIFUL he is ... but couldn't you just look at that little face forever?
Adam, Emily and Jeremiah visited for a short while early this afternoon. They plan to be in town most of two weeks ~ well, Emily and Jeremiah will be here that long ~ Adam has to return to his job after one week. We plan to enjoy them as much as we possibly can while they are here!
There is nothing quite like cuddling with a tiny, soft, sweet little grandchild ...
