Friday:  It was one of those unbelievably HOT STICKY days here in Grand Rapids! I don't usually get TOO hot ... but I have to admit that I was rather uncomfortable today.

 The kiddos did not seem to be bothered by the heat, and we had our usual inside fun; but then we headed outside to play in the water for an hour or so.

 These guys have a good time playing in the water and it cooled them down very nicely.

When we were finished outside, we came back inside to play for a little bit before returning to their house. It was too hot to take them to a playground ... hopefully we'll do that again next week.
