October 13 Where oh where has Kaity been?

Wednesday:

I have missed Kaity these last few weeks ... YES ... WEEKS! You see, Christopher was diagnosed with Covid the day after Sparta High School's Homecoming. Chris's girlfriend, Ella, goes to Sparta. They went to the dance that Saturday, but the next day were tested positive for COVID ... and that was a SUNDAY, September 19. Since it was Diana's weekend with Kaity when this occurred, Kaity had to be under a mandatory quarantine for the following 10 days. Christopher was in isolation, evidently. When it came time for everyone in the household to get their Covid test in order to "return to life as we know it", Matthew had a positive test! NO!!! I believe that occurred on October 6--so once again, the entire household had to be quarantined, this time with Matthew in isolation. Which means, Kaity has been INSIDE and not here at the Beach House for a very long time. Word is that she should be "free" on the 16th (Saturday). I sure hope so! I can't imagine being in the 3rd grade and having to miss nearly three weeks of school. And Matthew is a Junior this year and goes to KCTC for auto mechanics training--very difficult to make up that kind of instruction out of class. 

I miss you, dear Kaity! I hope that you are OK and are able to keep up with school instruction. Matthew too. Chris too! 

Will the world ever return to "normal" again? Sometimes I believe we have passed the point of no return. I hope Jesus will come back very soon. What a promise to hope in! He says it will be in "just a very little while." Please come, Lord Jesus.
