Tuesday: I only have a few pictures to post (which Emma forwarded to me from her recent photographs) to show you how completely grown up and handsome Chris is. Today is his 19th birthday, which was mostly celebrated this past weekend since he was home for Thanksgiving. Today he is busy taking final exams at Olivet.

He SEEMS pleased with the card ... I hope so.
Emma got Chris this very cool light-up basketball set -- the net lights up, the ball lights up ... but it did NOT come with a rim/hoop, which they didn't know until the box was opened. Who on earth would sell a basketball set that is THIS cool and not include the hoop? How mean! So Emma had to go back on-line and order the hoop.
Emma designed a card for Chris too! We're a card-making bunch over here at the Beach House.
Love you very much, Chris. Life sure goes by quickly. It was like two seconds ago that he was THREE and looked (and acted like) "Spanky" from "Our Gang."
