February 2 Pickerell Lake

Wednesday:  It snowed about four inches throughout the day--after a high of 41 degrees and lots of rain yesterday. The roads were iced underneath a fresh blanket of snow ... dangerous driving! But I just HAD to take a walk in it this afternoon. It was too pretty to resist. Here are a few pictures I took out at Pickerell Lake--about a 15 minute drive east of where I live.

I was triple layered and was almost TOO warm in all my gear. I only saw 3 other people on my walk. My phone registered 4,783 steps ... and I enjoyed every single one of them. Amazed by God's handiwork ... and so thankful.
