Sunday Evening: Tonight was the first of several summer gatherings over at Calvary--all of them happening on Sunday evenings from 5-7:30. It's an opportunity to share a meal and meet new people.
Terry and Ruthanne and I arrived just before 5:00. We enjoyed our meal while visiting with a few other people.
We met someone we had never met before by the name of Mary. She had a little rescue dog with her--a very small little dog named Josie. Josie alerts Mary to harmful allergens such as latex and other substances so that Mary doesn't have an allergic reaction. It was nice to meet both them!
