Sabrina and family arrive safely ...

Adam and Emily arrived at our house at about three o'clock this afternoon, anticipating Sabrina's arrival by about 4:00. I was busy preparing dinner, so I handed off the camera to Grandpa Jones, who took these pictures. Baby Jeremiah was pretty sleepy for the first hour or so ...
I like this picture of Adam holding our Christmas baby ...
Jeremiah and Emily were having an interesting "conversation" here ~ Jeremiah is very verbal (!) for such a tiny fellow. We received a few phone calls from Sabrina, updating us on their travel progress, or LACK of progress ... they didn't actually arrive until after 6 p.m.
Karis was very enthused to finally be at our house! She came running in and hugged her Grandma Jones first thing! Grandpa Jones had already received his hugs out at the car, because he ran outside to help them with bringing all their stuff inside.
You have to be really really quick to snap a picture of Jackson because it's hard to catch him in one spot for more than two seconds! And Olivia avoids cameras altogether ... but we'll catch her when she least expects it ... one of these days!
Sabrina was really glad to finally meet her newest nephew ... and Karis and Jackson thought he was pretty cool too.
We enjoyed a nice dinner together, got Sabrina's family all settled in here at the Jones Junction, played with the little kiddos for quite awhile, and then Adam and Emily and Jeremiah went back to Emily's house. And now, it is just a little after 10:00 and everyone is in bed ... except me! I just wanted to post a few of these beautiful family photos before I retired for the night. Mission accomplished! Good-night!
