As cute as a bug!

Our grandson, Jeremiah, is ten months today! And lucky us! Adam, Emily and Jeremiah came for a visit!
Adam and Emily left Minneapolis at about 3:30 a.m. today and arrived at our house at about 2:30 in the afternoon. Emily is here for a prolonged visit, staying through for Dylan's wedding. Adam flew back home early this evening, but he is going to drive back a few days prior to the wedding and enjoy some time with the family.
Jeremiah hasn't seen us for about three months ... so he wasn't entirely sure he was safe without his mama ...
... or possibly his daddy. He is a very vocal baby ~ "Ma ma MA ma ma ma ... Da da DA da da .."
His facial expressions are a riot!
Doesn't he have a beautiful little face?
Jeremiah laughed and played with our rubber ball ... do you remember when you gave this ball to us, Olivia? Years ago!
Most of these pictures today were taken by Grandpa Jones. I was snapping photos too, but I'm just NO good at indoor pictures!
Jeremiah got a kick out of our spinning disc. Adam demonstrated how to make it rotate, but Jeremiah basically slapped it around and got the same result!
He was certainly the center of attention for a few hours around here ... and he did pretty good with us as long as Adam and Emily were within his view.
It's so good to see all of them!
Jeremiah began to tolerate us grandfolk a little bit better after he was here for awhile. Hopefully in the next few days, he'll get used to us again. He cried when Grandpa Jones held him and had to be handed back to Emily before he would stop ... shaking! Poor Grandpa Jones ... such an unusual experience for him!
Jeremiah got reacquainted with the train table. We got out all of our Rain Forest animals too and they all played together!
As I write this, Adam is in the air and on his way back to Minneapolis. Emily and Jeremiah are visiting friends tonight. We'll see them again ... I think tomorrow!

Thanks, Judy ... we have a whole bundle of adorable grandchildren. I so wish Jesse's family could get to Michigan more often ...
