More of Everything ...

Yesterday was a day of continuous activity
and just plain old general chaos around our house ...
there was MORE food, family,
clean-up, play, toys,
children, noise, games -- well, CHAOS!
I thought I'd show you some of the best pictures.

Karis Danielle enjoying one of our many meals ...
Our kitchen was constantly busy with
food preparation and/or clean-up ...
everybody was really helpful and did their part ...
It seemed like we would just get finished
feeding a crowd and cleaning up the kitchen
when someone else would wander in and seek out a meal ...
We were glad to see a lot of Adam and Emily this week ...
they really enjoyed the little kids --
what a great uncle and aunt to have!
Everyone "took advantage" of our very own
beautician ~ even wee Karis got her hair trimmed!
... and look how beautiful the back of
Olivia's hair looks!
Look how excited Jackson and Karis are to
see baby Nia again today!
We had plenty of food to go around ...
leftover turkey fixed many different ways
nut breads
tons of Christmas cookies ...
Nick and Rachel and famly were our honored
dinner guests ...
There is only so much room in our dining room!

Isn't this good of Nick and Nia?
Olivia escaped upstairs to the guest room
and built this cool castle ...
Nathan got out our rain forest animals at the table
and had a great time playing with them ...
Doesn't Nathan have the cutest little face
and the BEST smile!?
Grandpa Jones enjoyed his baby Nia ...

... SHE IS BEAUTIFUL!
She almost KNOWS she is beautiful in this picture!
Nathan was very sweet to kiss us all good-bye
(several times over) when it was time for him to leave ...
and seemed only too happy to be leaving
this crazy house of ours to return to his more sane
grandparents' house ...
Sabrina still had strength (I don't know how!)
to play, "Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader?"
with Andrew and Olivia ...
after our extremely busy day,
I'm not sure I could've played a game of
"Are you Smarter than a Pre-schooler!"
Exhaustion and a head cold had gotten the best of me!
