August 4 Deer Park Junction II

The Pig Area:  We moved on to the area that contains the pig families. This year there was only ONE litter of babies--and only TWO piglets at that!
Erin was just a scream here. The larger pig that is loose (below) is from last year's litter. This pig's name is Robyn.
There is a play area here too consisting of a wooden replica of a HUGE tractor that can be climbed on, slid down, tunneled through, etc.
So naturally, the kiddos did all of that ...
Aidan was very happy to be in the driver's seat. Little Erin had been there first, but kindly gave up her seat for her brother.
I love this of Brendan. He has the sweetest smile--my heart aches with it.

Gah! Erin! I could absolutely eat you alive ...

Erin was pretty determined to climb the tunnels ... but they are not really for wee folk like her ...
Aidan was very pleased to slide down the BIG slide ...
We did see the two baby piglets ...
Erin pronounced them, "SO CUTE" ... and would have stayed all day with them.

This picture of Aidan cracks me up. He was so relieved to be off the ground where "Robyn" the pig was farther away ...
There was a slight conflict as to WHO was driving the rig ...

Aren't these beautiful children? I love them so much I could burst.
