Christmas Lessons & Carols

Friday Morning, December 21:  This is one of the Christmas events I know I will look forward to each and every year. Last year, Brendan was in Kindergarten at Trinitas--so it was our first year to be a part of this amazing school.
Brendan is now in a First/Second split with a total of twelve students (including Brendan). They are such neat kids too!

Here they are singing, "Angels We Have Heard on High." The "glorias" were especially sweet. The music teacher here at Trinitas is AMAZING. She is super at getting children to sing and perform.
Look at Brendan with his hands in his pockets like a wee man ... oh ... my heart.
Pictured below are all 12 students in the 1/2 split ...

The third and fourth grades joined in to do an instrumental version of "All Through the Night". Brendan was on bells. He knows all the words to the song too, and I think he really wanted to sing them!

Good job, Brendan! Good job ALL of the classes that performed. They were very impressive.

At the end of the performance, the entire K-8 students led the congregation in singing, "Silent Night." It was very beautiful.
This is what CHRISTMAS truly is to me!
And, of course, these beautiful smiles at the end of the performance. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.
