The camels!

Thursday, July 11:  The camels were introduced last year. They LOVE to eat carrots ... who knew?!?!

 You can purchase a cup of carrots for $2.50, and it's well worth the purchase. They do not allow you to bring any food into the farm itself, so you are kind of stuck paying the fee for the carrots. We got ONE cup and, for the most part, the carrots lasted almost the whole time we were there.

 Look at those camels! They are so excited for more carrots. Oh my.

 I love this picture of Kaity feeding the camel. She was a little bit timid about getting that close to its mouth ... 

 You did a great job, Kaity!

 Emma fed a camel WHILE taking a picture ... she is super talented! 

 The camels were very pleased.
