A very sweet Saturday

Saturday, May 4:  I checked to see if it would be OK to stop by with Kaity today over at Dylan and Kellys to see if there were any available cousins to play with. Brendan was scheduled to see a play, "James and the Giant Peach" but would be home later. Kaity and I arrived near 4:00 and walked the two littles over to the playground across the way.
Kaity used my umbrella stroller for her baby Jo-Jo. Aiden and Erin were in their fancy double-seater stroller. This is a very nice playground! Kaity was super pleased. Aidan was ... a scream and a half.
And this wee girl ... well ... she was just a little sweetheart. Oh.my. She is super cute.
Aidan was SO PLEASED to play with Kaity! And KAITY was just wild to have both her baby Jo-Joe and TWO OTHER tinies to play with.

Erin gave me this scrunchy-face smile when I pointed my camera at her. I could hardly take it.
And her little tongue ... ohmygoodness. !!

We had a very nice playtime together. Baby Erin stayed in her stroller for the entire time and finally took a little nap.
Aidan wasn't having anything to do with climbing inside this contraption. But he was pleased as can be to run around the outside of it. Kaity made fake sounds of alarm, which cracked Aidan up.

It is not difficult to crack Aidan up ...
Aidan is SO little ... Look at Kaity watching him from on top of this little tree-house.

 Brendan finally came! YES!
Dylan and Kelly went grocery shopping, and the kiddos and I stayed here and played.

We had some snacks together ...

Kaity and Brendan climbed and played on every single piece of equipment possible.

 I love these pictures.

 Cousin time is super special.

Aidan found a stairway and decided to do his up and down thing, counting each step as he went, holding with both hands on the railings for extra safety.

Aidan would get to the top, turn around, and then back down he would go.
Kaity finally convinced him to go down with her ... what a scream.
Look at the result (below) ... I thought that would be the end of it for Aidan--he looked rather frightened ... but, no. He did this over and over again with Kaity. She was a real trooper.
Kaity is a natural care-giver. Seriously. She loves to "baby" her Jo-Jo, going to all kinds of trouble to make sure her baby-doll is comfortable, etc. She is very loving to her little cousins too. I love to watch her love them.

Kaity looks rather exhausted! Thank you, sweet Kaity-Girl, for being such a big helper today at the playground! It was so much fun to be with my FOUR youngest grandchildren all at once.
