Thursday, August 9: HAPPINESS, pure and unadulterated JOY ... these two cousins at Millennium Park. They had a delightful time on the splash pad ... take a look!
They completely cracked each other up!
Kaity led the way to the beach and swimming area where these kiddos dug right in for FUN.
These two could not be MORE DIFFERENT if you compared rocks and feathers ... but they seem to understand each other and compensate well together. It was interesting to watch!
Both kiddos are little fish in the water!
Brendan was INTENT on digging a channel that was winding and deep enough to carry water to his designated spot. When Brendan is INTENT on something ... trust me, do NOT mess with him!
Kaity took a couple of breaks in the water while Brendan was designing the channel ...
Kaity returned to help Brendan finish up his project ...
See it? The channel connected to a little "lake" Brendan dug for our catamaran sail boat! We all lent a hand and finished the project!
This simple kind of happiness cannot be BOUGHT anywhere on this earth. It is purely and simply the hand of our loving Father, who gives us everything we need for our lives! Thank you, Lord.
