Wednesday, July 31: What a FUN place this is! We finally went to Millennium Park to play in the water. We had visited here in the spring (before the beach and splash pad were open) and checked out the playground (see next post), but TODAY we got to go in the water.
I was surprised it was so UNcrowded! We had so much fun. I love these pictures of Kaity trying to sneak up on the seagulls ...
I think she actually thought she could catch one!
This is really a lovely place, isn't it?
To add to the fun, there is a great splash pad too! Kaity had such a blast in here. I need to bring Brendan with Kaity SOON so that they can have water fights!
There are several tipping buckets here too. Kaity tried super hard to get up the nerve to stand directly UNDER one of them ...

What a great place to play on a summer's day!
